YOUR STORY OUR FUTURE - Defining Arctic Leadership
YOUR STORY – OUR FUTURE. Defining Arctic Leadership was a project of the Arctic Philosophy Network, carried out from 2023-2025. The project put focus on Arctic perspectives in the context of leadership, well-being and sustainability.
Our ambition was to develop a leadership method that takes into account the Artic nature and culture and the experience of leaders that live there. You can find the results of this in this homepage, and we hope to inspire young people and future leaders to create positive social and sustainable change in the Arctic and in society in general.
The project is supported by the Nordic Arctic Cooperation Programme of the Nordic Council of Ministers.

Activities

Final conference
A conference with short presentations, dialogues and workshops for Arctic leadership tools. We met in Nuuk in May 2025 and had guest speakers from Canada and Finmark (online).
